Exchange & Return Policy

All of our hair and products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. Items may be exchanged under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase. Any exchange request after 14 calendar days will not be honored.

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (combed, brushed, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. You must send the product back to us unused and in original condition.

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.
